Home Sale Prep services are not designed to eliminate each and every problem within a home. Priority is given to those issues that will create the greatest improvement in the presentation of the property and can be completed under a reasonable budget. Home Sale Prep will not recommend any cosmetic repairs that would hide a suspected material defects in the property and thus visually obscure the problem from a potential Buyer.

Home Sale Prep services should not be considered as a replacement to a home inspection. The in-home consultation and evaluation are designed for cosmetic and merchandising purposes only. Some items that may be identified may overlap with with what a home inspector will tell you but we do not analyze mechanical, structural, electrical, roofing or plumbing issues, etc.
